How to Claim your prize?

For tickets purchased from one of the sales points:

The ticket holder is the rightful owner.

Prizes are paid at approved sales centers after the approval of the operations center.

For cards purchased through the application or website:

The owner of the account through which the card was purchased is the rightful owner of the card.

Prizes are paid to the user's wallet, and the prize amount can be withdrawn through the available withdrawal methods.

The issued ticket cannot be returned, exchanged, or canceled.
